BENEFITING THE YOUTH OF TOMORROW
The Kenny Anderson Basketball Showcase is dedicated to providing opportunities through basketball to young student athletes who have a passion to play at the college level. It is the brainchild of Ian Cunningham after being inspired by the documentary film “Mr Chibbs”, the life of Kenny Anderson former High school, College and NBA great. It was founded in 2019.
As the showcase has evolved we have had the pleasure of adding Smush Parker, former NBA player to the guest speaker role. During the one day event, Kenny Anderson and Smush Parker provide motivational input on their NBA careers and share insights into what it takes to play basketball at the college or professional level.
How do you attend the Showcase? Each year there is a nominating period that you must submit your info. If you are selected you will be notified by Ian Cunningham. Registration is open for the 2023 Showcase. Best of luck to everyone that has submitted information. Please be on the lookout for your invitation if you are selected.
